ATEX 2D Z21 INDUSTRIAL VACUUMS
FOX 10 Z21 was designed, manufactured and certified in accordance with Directive ATEX 2014/34/UE by the certification body DNV-GL as a result of strict checks. The standard version is equipped with AISI 304 Stainless Steel chamber and dust bin, IP65 EXPLOSION PROOF certified circuit breaker, certified SIEMENS side channel blower, additional silencer with safety filter at the outlet, vacuum gauge with clogging indicator, primary anti-static class M certified filter, safety relief valve and absolute filter certified by the German certification body IFA as class H14 (99,995%), for vacuuming of fine or toxic dust.
On demande, filter cartridge with pneumatic cleaning: cartridges are IFA/BGIA M-PES/EX EXAM certified cartridges. The compressed air enables cleaning to backwash and subjects the filter media to a high-frequency oscillatory motion. The PLC installed inside of the power switchboard determines the cartridge cleaning time and ensures the state of filtration efficiency at maximum levels at all times.
