Industrial vacuum cleaners FOX 10 Z21 are designed, manufactured, and certified by ATEX Directive 2014/34/UE by the certification body DNV-GL, following strict inspections. The standard version features an AISI 304 stainless steel chamber and dust bin, an IP65 explosion-proof certified circuit breaker, a certified SIEMENS side channel blower, an additional silencer with a safety filter at the outlet, a vacuum gauge with a clogging indicator, a primary anti-static class M certified filter, a safety relief valve, and an absolute filter certified by the German certification body IFA as class H14 (99.995%) for vacuuming fine or toxic dust. These industrial vacuum cleaners are available in the UAE and throughout the GCC.
Upon request, a filter cartridge with pneumatic cleaning is available: these cartridges are IFA/BGIA M-PES/EX EXAM certified. Compressed air enables backwashing and subjects the filter media to a high-frequency oscillatory motion. The PLC installed inside the power switchboard controls the cartridge cleaning time and ensures that filtration efficiency remains at maximum levels at all times.
